Customisation Period 
Please note that once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to make any further changes to your certificate. Please confirm all customisations during time of checkout or immediately after placing the order. For any specific requirements, email gabygohlar@gmail.com (with your order number) or add a note at checkout
 
Languages 
Certificates are available in most languages, however a document with the text should be provided. Please contact via email before placing an order. 
 
Shipping 
We are not liable for any delays or damaged incurred during transit. Please contact the courier service and local post office for further advice. Furthermore, keep in mind that transit times for international orders can vary due to customs delays.
 
Care Instructions 
Each certificate is meticulously packaged in tissue paper and encased in a postal tube, to minimise transit damage. As you receive your certificate, carefully unpackage and flatten it with paper weights.
